Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in a STEM field.
• Foundational knowledge of AI, ML, and statistics.
• Python programming with ML frameworks.
• Understanding of experimental design, model evaluation, and reproducibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for scientific collaboration.
• Curiosity and motivation to tackle real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to research through experimentation, analysis and modelling.
• Develop and test AI models and tools for data-driven problems across domains.
• Lead technical work in areas of your expertise to test ideas and apply research.
• Collaborate with colleagues to explore new research directions.
• Produce research artefacts including code, experiments, analyses, and documentation.
• Publish research outputs and present at conferences/industry events.
• Support cross-functional teams delivering high-quality technical solutions.
