Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Applied AI/ML Engineer - Associate to join its International Consumer Bank. You will contribute to end-to-end AI/ML solutions, building cloud-native microservices with modern tooling and a strong DevOps mindset.

You will work within an AI/ML team focused on delivering production-ready, scalable capabilities, collaborating with product owners and cross-functional teams to drive business impact in a fintech setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI/LLM development patterns and frameworks.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with production-ready code.
• Solid AI/ML fundamentals: statistics, probability, linear algebra, model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI/ML applications and services that improve customer experiences and increase operational efficiency.
• Work across the AI/ML delivery lifecycle: requirements, solution design, prototyping, evaluation, deployment support, monitoring, and iteration.
• Develop Python-based AI/ML solutions on AWS/GCP, delivering production-ready code as part of a delivery team.
• Build and evaluate AI/LLM solutions, including prompt/RAG patterns and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams to align on goals and outcomes.
