Job summary

Mace seeks a developer specialising in applied AI solutions, including agentic workflows embedded in SharePoint, to support fee-earning projects across the Digital Centre of Excellence. You will interface with project teams and occasionally stakeholders on joint ventures or client work.

You'll contribute to the design, development and testing of digital tools, ensuring structured delivery and robust, explainable outputs while keeping pace with evolving AI capabilities and tools, including

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Ability to design traceable outputs with citations and audit trails.
• Strong hands-on capability with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Experience with Copilot for 365 and Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously on small projects or as part of a larger team delivering a defined deliverable.
• Develop digital tools and agentic interfaces to support project delivery and client work.
• Follow a structured development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and handover.
• Gather basic requirements and manage your own deliverables with regular stakeholder contact.
• Attend training sessions from the centre of excellence and contribute content or sessions.
• Continuously learn and apply new AI tools and functionality.
