We’re a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing industrial inspections—an overlooked $100B+ industry still reliant on pen and paper. Backed by $4M in pre-seed funding (investors in Stripe, Discord, Flexport), we’re replacing outdated manual processes with intelligent automation for some of the world’s largest inspection companies.

We’re looking for a hands-on Applied AI Engineer to join our mission and help build intelligent systems that process technical documents, drawings, and reports—turning raw data into real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build & deploy AI-powered solutions for processing technical docs, reports, and drawings
• Integrate LLMs and state-of-the-art models into our inspection platform
• Design scalable backend systems to power AI workflows and reporting
• Ship features that directly impact customers and solve industrial challenges
• Tackle deep AI problems in messy, real-world environments
• Have built AI products with real-world value (not just academic models)
• Are fluent in Python (TypeScript a bonus) and backend systems
• Love solving hard technical problems, especially in document or industrial AI
• Are fast-moving, hands-on, and thrive in startup environments
• Have experience with LLMs, automation, or document intelligence (bonus)
