Applications Technology Specialist - Manufacturing

What you will enjoy doing

• You will own, create and develop Market Sector road maps, providing a strategic view of opportunities for 2–5 years.
• Create and manage a PSO Pipeline to support Applications growth, aligning with internal stakeholders and influencing Linde Technology.
• Identify and explore new R&D PSOs, creating business cases to support retention and growth.
• Support development trials of new PSOs, securing sponsorship and funding.
• Support delivery of annual growth targets through collaboration with sales teams.
• Lead ideation, filtering ideas to focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Lead internal and external education and advocacy for sector, application, and innovation topics.
• Provide sector-specific training and coaching to colleagues and customers.
• Engage with external sources like trade bodies, OEMs, and attend conferences.
• Advise on marketing, communication, and M&A projects.
• Support internal programs with technical expertise, advising on gases, processes, and equipment.
• Use proprietary software to support value creation for customer projects.
• Represent BOC at relevant committees and monitor industry changes.
