Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and business support for Citi applications, resolving issues quickly and improving stability and efficiency.
• Maintain application systems in daily operations post-development.
• Support applications and their environments focusing on stability, quality, and functionality.
• Perform start-of-day checks, continuous monitoring, and handovers.
• Conduct risk reconciliations on the same day.
• Develop and update technical support documentation.
• Identify opportunities to maximize application potential.
• Assess risks and impacts of production issues, escalating as needed.
• Ensure storage and archiving procedures are effective.
• Define scope and objectives for complex enhancements and problem resolution.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure application availability.
• Collaborate with development and support teams on bug fixes and tooling.
• Participate in application releases and post-implementation reviews.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and communicate impacts.
• Follow procedures and help define operational standards.
• Act as liaison between users, internal teams, and vendors.
• Escalate issues within SLAs and mentor junior analysts.
• Provide analysis and judgment in complex situations, impacting team quality.
• Engage in support projects focusing on stability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Application Support roles.
• Support experience with business applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages and willingness to learn more.
• Strong execution and adaptability skills.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical skills and experience with issue tracking tools.
• Knowledge of problem management tools.
• Technical proficiency across support functions.
• Ability to organize workload and communicate clearly.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
