Your future duties and responsibilities:
As Applications Support Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of managing complex enterprise applications, leading high-performing teams across onshore and offshore locations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with client outcomes. The role will require you to lead in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where your technical expertise and leadership will impact business success. In this role, you'll oversee the end-to-end support, configuration, and enhancement of key software services, guiding your teams through critical incidents, innovative change requests, and strategic development planning. You’ll act as the technical authority for your application group(s), work closely with service delivery leadership, collaborate with vendors, and influence roadmaps that align with business goals and future growth.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proven track record of investigating and resolving complex incidents, including those with significant business impact, in line with SLAs/OLAs.
• Experience in managing and implementing complex change requests and project rollouts, ensuring successful delivery within timelines
• Deep understanding of how services contribute to client business outcomes, with the ability to influence and align service delivery with client needs..
• Strong ability to manage escalations and coordinate with third-party vendors and stakeholders to address issues promptly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive technical innovation, and manage application-related decisions to optimize service delivery.
• Proven experience overseeing the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise applications.
