Looking for the next step in your career? Do you enjoy a variety of technical challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment? By joining our UK Lifecycle Services team as an Application Support Engineer, you will support our customers through a blend of upgrades, application deployments, and maintenance activities on their DeltaV DCS/SIS. You will primarily engage our Process Systems and Solutions (PSS) customers within a region of the UK, including offshore installations, to build relationships and become their trusted adviser. You may also be required to support elsewhere within Emerson's Northern Europe Region. We deploy a wide variety of products from the DeltaV portfolio, with a significant Cybersecurity focus, including Backup & Recovery, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, and Application Whitelisting. You will complete certification paths for these products to deploy and maintain them. We also support customers with maintenance and incident resolution activities, and you'll be part of the on-call team providing 24/7 emergency response to several UK customers. These activities will require you to travel regularly to customer sites (average approximately 60% to 70% of your time).
