Join our UK Lifecycle Services team as an Application Support Engineer to support our customers through upgrades, application deployments, and maintenance activities on their DeltaV DCS/SIS systems. You will primarily engage with Process Systems and Solutions (PSS) customers within the UK, including offshore installations, to build relationships and become their trusted adviser. You may also support other regions within Emerson's Northern Europe. We deploy a wide range of DeltaV products, with a focus on Cybersecurity, including Backup & Recovery, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, and Application Whitelisting. You will complete certification paths for these products to deploy and maintain them. Additionally, you'll support customers with maintenance and incident resolution activities and be part of the on-call team providing 24/7 emergency response, requiring regular travel to customer sites (approximately 60-70% of your time).
