Join Birmingham City Council's dynamic Applications Support Team as an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer. You'll lead on expert support for various software applications, including the new Income Management Application, Civica Pay. Collaborate with functional, development, delivery, and security teams to implement and support new and existing solutions.
The ideal candidate should be a user-centric, highly motivated individual with extensive experience in providing expert technical support and guidance to internal teams. They should also be able to collaborate and work systematically with other stakeholders to ensure optimal implementation, performance, and support of a variety of solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you will lead on current applications and collaborate with teams to implement upgrades and advanced solutions that meet business needs. You will lead on the current application portfolio of a variety of applications such as Education and Waste Management. You will collaborate with suppliers, business representatives, scheduling, database and other teams to support advanced solutions that meet business requirements.
