Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Act as application support and sparring partner for customers, sales teams, and technical support teams in the region.
• Support visits to customers for projects and troubleshooting, including support during commissioning/service.
• Assist in ensuring Danfoss products are properly handled and installed onsite.
• Provide system design support for contractors and consultants.
• Stay updated on relevant market trends and gather market and competitor intelligence.
• Deliver product and application training to customers, sales, or technical support teams, either online or face-to-face.
• Contribute insights, input, and market knowledge to new product developments, launches, and sales support materials.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or qualification in refrigeration or a related industry is advantageous.
• Experience within the Industrial Refrigeration industry or similar, including domestic or commercial heating/cooling applications, with hands-on competence in complex refrigeration or air-conditioning systems.
• Understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, including working with Ammonia and CO2 applications.
• Commercial understanding and flair.
• Ability to manage own time and work to tight customer deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
