Applications Engineer

Are you an Applications Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology? We’re looking for a talented individual to join an innovative and fast-growing company at the forefront of the machine vision sector.

In this role, you will be involved in the design, development, and support of advanced machine vision systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading technologies, while working on exciting projects across a range of industries. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop machine vision systems using leading software and hardware technologies.
  • Work with a variety of machine vision components, including cameras, optics, lighting, and image processing technologies.
  • Manage and deliver projects, working closely with customers and suppliers.
  • Integrate and test systems at both customer sites and within the company.
  • Support customers through training and provide ongoing technical support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of engineering experience, ideally in a related field.
  • A degree in Engineering (2.1 or above).
  • Experience or interest in machine vision, image processing, and industrial automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A full UK driving licence.
