This role involves developing and commissioning integrated CNC and robotic solutions across the UK, with a focus on supporting customers from pre-sale to installation and training.

Applicants must have a strong background in CNC programming, including setting, operating, and tooling across turning and milling. Fanuc control experience is essential, and knowledge of Siemens, Heidenhain, or Fusion 360 is an advantage.

Previous exposure to robot programming is desirable but not essential—training will be provided. This is a field-based position with regular time spent at the company’s Coventry facility. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Coventry and hold a full UK driving licence.

  1. Time-served CNC engineer (apprenticeship-trained)
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in applications or advanced machining
  3. Strong understanding of 5-axis and/or multitasking machines
  4. Comfortable with customer-facing responsibilities and technical problem-solving

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in CNC automation with a well-regarded and growing organisation, offering structured progression, hands-on training in robotics and automation software, and a strong benefits package.
