Exciting Opportunity: Applications Engineer

Join an innovative company specializing in Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) solutions. This onsite role involves visits to customer sites across the UK and Europe, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge nanoscale surface measurement and analysis technologies.

1. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, system optimization, and demonstrations of AFM/Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM)/Metrology systems.
• Ensure customers achieve optimal performance for their applications.
• Play a key role in the demonstration lab, train users, troubleshoot technical challenges, and act as the interface between customers and the internal engineering team.

• Strong knowledge of AFM/SPM systems or other nanoscale surface measurement tools.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing complex scientific instruments.
• Excellent communication skills for training and technical demonstrations.
• Proactive, customer-focused attitude.
