About the Support Engineer Process Burners Role

Based at the UK HQ in Stamford, the Support Engineer Process Burners will be a vital technical bridge between engineering, sales, and the customer. Youll be developing custom proposals for burner retrofit and upgrade projects, estimating costs, solving operational challenges, and travelling across the EMEA region to provide technical support and present project solutions.

This role combines real technical influence with the excitement of commercial strategy, international travel, and industry-leading engineering. You'll work closely with senior teams in both the UK and Tulsa, USA driving business opportunities and enhancing client relationships through precision, insight, and expert communication.

Key Responsibilities of the Support Engineer Process Burners

  • Create bespoke technical proposals for revamp, retrofit, capital, and aftermarket combustion projects
  • Develop cost estimates and support commercial strategy with market-aligned pricing
  • Deliver hands-on technical support to end-users both remotely and face-to-face
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to incorporate the latest burner technologies into client solutions
  • Conduct site visits to troubleshoot equipment, resolve issues, and maintain operational excellence
  • Present and negotiate project proposals directly with clients across EMEA
