As an Applications Engineer, you will play a key role throughout the customer lifecycle, from business development and pre-sales technical advice to project handover. Your involvement ensures customer satisfaction and project success.
You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering Teams to craft proposals and position Synaptec's technology as the best solution for customer needs. Engaging in technical conversations with customers to understand challenges and tailor solutions will be central to your role.
Technical expertise: Ideally, you have technical knowledge to discuss detailed challenges and experience in the substation, T&D, or power generation sectors.
Communication skills: Ability to simplify technical concepts through proposals, presentations, case studies, and meetings.
Proactivity: Confident, autonomous, able to handle multiple projects in a busy environment. Experience working with multiple teams is desirable.
Occasional international travel may be required.
