What You Will Do as Applications Engineer:

  • Act as the main technical contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support
  • Deliver top-notch customer training and technical assistance throughout the lifecycle of the company's products
  • Develop product demonstrations and practical application examples to showcase capabilities
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's software and hardware, as well as third-party tools
  • Participate in product testing and validation to ensure quality before market release
  • Create and maintain documentation, including application notes, to support both customers and internal teams
