Duties & Responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to develop and maintain existing and new customer relationships to achieve the company's sales targets.

• Be the first point of contact for incoming customer sales calls, providing excellent customer service
• Ensure all customers understand the products, features, and benefits, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Provide quotations and process orders, keeping customers informed about order progress and expected delivery dates
• Actively seek and identify new sales opportunities and convert them into new business
• Monitor sales to ensure customer retention and repeat orders
• Visit customers and attend trade shows as required

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a customer service and sales environment
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of pump features, pump selection, and spare parts
• Experience working in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
