Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Project Engineer for Beccles to lead electro-mechanical and robotics projects from sales through to design and commissioning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and estimate bespoke automation solutions for blue-chip clients.

The role is office-based, Monday–Friday, with training, progression, overtime and benefits as part of a long-term career with a global manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in mechanical, electrical or design fields.
• Experience leading projects from concept to manufacture.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams on complex robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from sales and quotation through design and commissioning.
• Work on electro-mechanical and robotics equipment for clients.
• Lead project management tasks including quoting, estimating, design and manufacture.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery.

£40,000 + (£50,000 OTE) + Training + Progression + Overtime + Benefits

Beccles (Can be located: Norfolk, Suffolk, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Ipswich)

Do you have any Project, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering experience looking for a clear progression and development plan where you will be the go-to-technical expert on leading large scale projects?

This multi-million pound and highly successful company manufacture Robotics systems for the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors. Recent investment has meant new machinery and improved facilities.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing Projects from Sales and Quotation through to Design and Commission. You will be working on Electro-mechanical and Robotics equipment for blue-chip clients.

This role would suit an Engineer with who enjoys being involved from concept through to manufacture, whilst also liaising with various departments.

The Role:

• Project management - Quoting, Estimating, Design, Manufacture.


• Working on the bespoke manufacture of Robotics / Automation.


• Monday - Friday (37 hours contracted). Office based

The Person:

• Any Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Design).


• Looking for more of a Project lead position.


• Commutable to Beccles.
