The role is for an Applications Engineer based in a beautiful area with access to outstanding coastlines and invigorating National Parks.

The company designs and manufactures specialist engineered products, with this role focusing on clean technology.

This is a detailed technical role involving liaising with customers to ensure products and manufacturing processes meet customer needs.

The Applications Engineer will be responsible for:

1. Handling inquiries related to the existing product range
2. Providing technical support to customers and internal sales teams
3. Assessing manufacturing processes to ensure successful product delivery
4. Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to develop production capabilities
5. Assisting in the identification and development of new products and markets

The candidate will need:

• A strong background and qualification in mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of engineering within manufacturing
• The ability to influence and manage diverse workloads and teams
• A strong, solutions-driven technical approach
• Excellent communication skills
