About the Role

Reporting to the Application Development Manager – Elastomers, this lab-based role supports innovation projects, customer support, and technical marketing data generation.

Responsibilities

• Observe legislative, safety, and environmental requirements at Warrington site.
• Prepare and characterize polyurethane elastomer products from Capa polyols, including routine work and method development.
• Conduct application testing of elastomers and intermediates.
• Support the Elastomers Application Lab operations, including handling lab requests, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in activities such as sample preparation, new product design, and process development.
• Adhere to IT and confidentiality policies.
