We have partnered with a property management company based in Manchester who are on the hunt for an Application Support Manager to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of Technology, you’ll be leading their growing team and ensure the smooth operation, performance, and ongoing development of their core business systems. This role is ideal for someone who has strong property management tech skills, alongside having a great personality and team leading skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and developthe application support team, fostering continuous improvement and high-quality service.
• Collaborateacross departments to maintain accurate system configuration, data integrity, and security compliance.
• Drive digital transformation and lead system improvement projects from planning to delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and influence system roadmaps to align with business goals.
• Oversee data integration and reporting via open APIs and tools like Power BI.

What We Are Looking For:
