Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid/no shift work)

Our client (an elite buyside trading firm) is hiring for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their London office. You will be responsible for supporting all systems and applications used across their EMEA offices, covering front-to-back operations including Trade Capture, Middle & Back Office processes, Static and Market Data, Risk, and PnL systems.

This role requires confidence in engaging with techies, traders and middle office users across multiple asset classes (Rates, FX, Credit, Equities), with a solid understanding of trade flows, static data, market data, and how these integrate with Risk and PnL platforms.

Requirements

• Strong experience working on Windows or Linux OS
• Working knowledge of Scripting languages like Java or C#
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases
• Communication skills are important
• Bachelors degree or relevant industry experience
