Our client, a reputable Investment Bank, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support cross-asset applications used by traders in the Structured Rates business. The applications include bespoke and connectivity tools that connect traders to exchanges and brokers.

Responsibilities include:

• Enhancing the stability of the Structured Rates platform.
• Documenting resolutions and training users to minimize issues.
• Building relationships with users, including senior stakeholders.
• Collaborating with development teams to resolve Level 3 issues.
• Assisting with testing and business continuity planning.

Requirements:

• Experience in an Application Support role within a financial services firm, preferably in Fixed Income or Rates.
• Proficiency in Unix, SQL, FIX technologies.
• Experience supporting demanding users in Fixed Income environments.

The company offers a hybrid working model: three days in the office and two days remote per week.
