Brilliant opportunity to join the IT systems team within a well-established, multi-national manufacturing group. My client is undergoing an exciting digital transformation, with numerous projects planned around their core ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. They are seeking an enthusiastic ERP support analyst with manufacturing business process skills to support system maintenance, optimization, and process improvement projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics/ERP systems (1st/2nd line)
• Install and test system updates and advancements
• Create reports using Power BI
• Deliver user training and support during go-lives
• Gather requirements and analyze for process improvements

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in ERP or CRM systems support analysis, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Strong support skills, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Experience with project lifecycle tasks like analysis, configuration, testing, and training
• Reporting skills, including Power BI (preferred but not essential)
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (highly desirable)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

The role is primarily based in Lincoln, with occasional home working depending on project phase.
