Our client is a growing trading firm specializing in innovative, in-house software for low latency, algorithmic trading across energy and commodity markets. They are expanding their Application Support and Support Engineering team.

This role involves trader and quant-facing support for complex trading applications, working closely with development and DevOps teams to enhance, deploy, and automate solutions.

Note: This position requires weekend on-call work.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar Application Support / Support Engineering role
• Excellent Java coding skills
• Proven experience supporting and enhancing complex applications
• Strong academic background
• Good DevOps and Cloud knowledge (preferred)
