Job Description:

Our client is a profitable and rapidly expanding Software House seeking a Software Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer to join their busy Software Support team. Full training on the client’s software will be provided, along with formal SQL qualifications & certifications. The role offers hours from 9-5, Monday to Friday, with no shift work. The office is based in Leicestershire.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Application Software Support / Customer Support
• Experience in call logging and resolving 1st-3rd Line Software Support issues
• Experience with Enterprise, CRM, or Financial software environments
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including scripting and database interrogation
• Experience in software implementation, both remote and onsite
• Basic understanding of programming concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary is a competitive starting salary of 32K plus benefits. Candidates must pass pre-employment screening due to client requirements.
