Junior Application Support Engineer- International Business - Remote - UK Wide - 32-36k

Join our international client who are looking for an Application Support Engineer. An ideal role for tech enthusiasts eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, tech centric environment.

Main Focus

• Support, configure, and maintain our cutting-edge Linux and Windows server environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across test and production systems.
• Keep systems secure and up-to-date using the latest tools and best practices.
• Deliver outstanding support to internal users and external clients.
• Rotation includes shifts and on-call duties after training-no two weeks are ever the same.

Essential Skills

• Solid Unix/Linux skills
• Experience with Bash, SQL, PHP
• Comfortable with Apache/Nginx, load balancers (HAProxy), and monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Knowledge of log management (Graylog, Elasticsearch)
• Familiar with Ansible and Gitlab CI/CD
• Experience using Git/SVN
