Application Support Engineer - £700 p/d Inside IR35 – Trade Surveillance
The role of the Application Support Engineer involves providing technical and procedural support to internal teams and external stakeholders in the front office. The analyst will act as a key contact for issue resolution, managing incidents, troubleshooting application problems, and ensuring quick resolution of outages. Collaboration with infrastructure, service desk, and IT teams is essential, requiring a proactive approach and ownership of support responsibilities.
This role is within the Front Office Teams and requires experience with Trading Platforms and Trade Surveillance.
Key responsibilities include PowerShell scripting and working with SQL, including navigation, tables, and schemas.
Day rate: Up to £700/Day Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
Tenure: 6 months rolling
Location: Hybrid, 3 days in the office, London
Required expertise: PowerShell Scripting, SQL, understanding of trade lifecycle and trade surveillance
