A global leader in access solutions is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Olney, UK. You will provide 3rd line support for KAM's software and hardware, collaborate with Agile teams, and analyze technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong IT expertise, particularly in C# and SQL, and demonstrate effective communication skills. As an Application Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to provide 3rd line support for KAM's software and hardware platforms. Reporting to the Application Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting our global divisions and customers whilst working in close alignment with our Agile Development teams.
