Role Summary:

Required Competencies:
  • Good knowledge of application support.
  • Ability to develop effective resolutions for user problems and system errors.

  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

Experience with 1st/2nd level operations within an application support team or service desk, working to SLAs, self-motivation, ownership, management, and being a team player with professionalism.

  • Willingness to apply for DV security clearance if not already held.
  • Strong analytical skills and log analysis competency.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and above, Windows OS, and Virtual Machines.

  • Experience with security patching, release, and change management.
Nice to Have (Not Essential):
  • Windchill administration and implementation, including experience with Windchill 10.2 or 11.
  • Deployment and administration of Creo Parametric and CreoView.
  • Strong Windows OS administration skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ESX VMware infrastructure, snapshots, and restores.
