What you will work on

As our Application Support Consultant, you are part of a rotation team that provides support on all UMAX functionalities to our UK customers. In this role, you will develop a strong professional relationship with our clients and quickly learn all ins & outs of our UMAX application, enabling you to become a functional expert. The role will be based in the UK (on site & remote).

You will be part of the Service Delivery Team, which provides 2nd & 3rd line functional and technical support after the customer's go-live. The team handles Application Management, Support, Maintenance, and ensures high end-user satisfaction with UMAX functionalities. It monitors high availability, prevents disruptions, and guarantees quick response times for incidents, bugs, and changes. The team includes Technical & Functional Support Consultants and Developers.

UMAX is our software solution for water and energy utilities, automating business processes and enabling better customer engagement. It is a cloud-based solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

  1. Handle records initiated by the customer (key users): Incidents/bug fixes: diagnose, solve, develop, test, deploy, update customers, follow up, and close incidents. Functional changes: perform impact analysis, record changes to sprint backlog, and realize approved changes.
  2. Ensure professional service delivery to customers.
  3. Participate in project and implementation activities to support readiness for go-live.
  4. Respect all agreements outlined in the eXperience & Service Level Agreement (XLA/SLA) document.
  5. Provide input, advice, and training to key-users and colleagues.
  6. Contribute to project-related activities as needed.
  7. Participate in outside business hours standby schedule to resolve incidents.
  8. Bridge functional questions between the client and Itineris Operations team.
  9. Detect new business opportunities and communicate them to Business Development.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with affinity for IT.
  • Strong interest in functional business processes.
  • 2-3 years experience in Application/Functional Support/Service Delivery roles.
  • MS Dynamics AX or D365 experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus, quality-driven, proactive.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner and eager to learn.
  • Result-oriented and responsible (ownership).
  • Team player with a flexible attitude.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of business applications (ERP is an asset).
  • Willing to travel regularly to the client's premises (Reading).
  • UK residency only (no sponsorships).
