Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support and management of applications.
• Troubleshoot tickets, perform password resets, and resolve application-related issues.
• Use PowerShell scripting to push out packages and upgrade servers.
• Manage server and application upgrades to maintain system efficiency and security.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience in server and application upgrades.
• 2nd line support experience in Windows environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical engineers and non-technical customers.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Eligibility for security clearance (current clearance is a bonus but not required).

Salary:

• Competitive salary of £35,500 per annum, fixed regardless of experience.
