This advanced organisation based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire with good links to Kettering, Bedford & Northampton are looking for a talented Application Support Analyst with solid experience in supporting Oracle applications and hands-on experience providing production support with any Core Banking product. Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role and will join their vibrant Support team.

Key responsibilities for this Application Support role include:

• Financial Services, Banking or Online Banking experience
• Supporting Core Banking applications
• Completion of batch cycles & all the transaction processing
• Create and maintain detailed service support documentation relevant to the applications as required
• Responsibility for critical applications & ownership of incidents / service requests
• Liaising with third parties to support software issues
