Application Support Analyst required for Not-for-Profit Media organisation in Central London on a Hybrid Basis.

Must have experience as a dedicated Application Support Analyst with either Business Applications Software, SAP Business One or Microsoft Dynamics, along with SQL or Python.

Salary: To £40,000 + 25 days holiday, bonus, 12.5% non-contributory pension scheme, private medical, employee assistance programme, work events.

Location: Central London Hybrid 2 days office, 3 days WFH

Opportunity

Application Support Analyst is focused primarily on the support of their SAP Business One based applications that are at the core of the business operations. Ensuring the applications function correctly by troubleshooting issues, responding to user requests, monitoring system performance, performing routine maintenance, as well as supporting the development and deployment process for SAP enhancements (third party provider).

Full Training will be given in SAP Business One.

You will work as part of the small IT team and report to the Infrastructure Manager.

Essential Technical Background

• 2+ years Business Application Support experience. Working with Business Applications Software (e.g. SaaS - HR, Payroll, LMS, Recruitment, Finance, CRM or ERP), SAP Business One or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Must have experience with SQL or Python.
• Experience working in a support framework Logging & supporting tickets, prioritisation, case & issue management.
• Ability to learn business processes and systems, build & solve problems in this environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for supporting tailored SAP Business One system, Power BI dashboards, and bespoke systems
• You'll analyse the SAP database and other sources to troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and spot inconsistenciesworking closely with both internal teams and external partners
• Turn user requests into insightful reports and data solutions that help drive the business forward
• Support critical operational processes like income processing, data matching, and payment allocationskeeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes
• Help shape the future of the business systems by contributing to development plans, documenting changes, and coordinating fixes with third-party SAP provider
• Test new features and updates before they go live, making sure everything works perfectly for the users
• Collaborate across teams to solve technical challenges and share your knowledge to ensure systems are supporting at all times
