Job summary

Zilch is a fast-growing UK fintech enabling empowered payments. The team builds and supports business applications used by multiple departments, including AI-driven workflows and automation. The role focuses on stability, security, and continuous improvement of core platforms and integrations.

You will work in an agile environment on critical systems, help design and implement new automations, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues while learning rapidly in a dynamic fintech setting.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of business applications and processes; experience supporting usage.
• Understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to understand application needs and select platforms.
• Be the main point of contact for business applications used by teams and the core platform.
• Respond to incidents affecting applications and communicate impact.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve bugs and request features.
• Improve tooling, practices, and knowledge in the Business Applications team.
