Job Description:

Camfil is hiring an Application Specialist to support our complex and growing business and digital transformation processes with a focus on MS Dynamics implementation.

This exciting and challenging role can be based in any European country where Camfil has a legal entity. Proximity to our production sites would be a plus although not a requirement as a substantial part of the work can be done remotely. Willingness and flexibility to travel are essential, as travelling to Camfil locations, mainly within Europe, will be required during the intensive implementation periods.

Role Priorities:

• Driving implementation projects, in particular the introduction of D365 modules in a number of international locations
• Development and optimization of existing D365 process solutions with a primary focus on the Projects module and related modules, in particular General ledger and Manufacturing.
• Management and development of system support for the business together with the users, the IT team and our partners.
• Initiating enhancements and improvements of the use of existing solutions, refinements of solutions and the implementation of new ones.
• Leading and participation in testing
• Driving value creation and enhancing change management within our routines and processes, as well as collaboration with other regions within Camfil.
• Planning and providing education and training in applications and supporting the business in other IT related needs.
• Participation in the creation and maintenance of IT documentation

What you will need to succeed:

• Technical school or university degree in Information Technology
• Strong IT knowledge and professional experience, ideally in an international environment
• Technical background with a history of delivering successful implementations of D365
• Solid knowledge of, including design and implementation experience in D365 Projects module and a real understanding of interactions of the module with the General ledger (accounting), Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations and Sales. Experience with Field Services integration would be a big plus.
• Experience in supporting operational project control and financial control from the Projects module
• Able to work cross-functionally
• Proactive, able to identify improvement and optimization opportunities, comfortable taking the initiative.
• Service-oriented, independent and team-oriented way of working
• Fluent English, including the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently at all levels
• Willingness to travel
