Adecco is recruiting an Application Security Engineer in Warwick, offering up to £75,000 per year. This role embeds security into the software development lifecycle and partners with a leading UK infrastructure organisation to strengthen application security practices.

You will collaborate with developers and technical stakeholders to promote secure-by-design principles, conduct security assessments, and drive remediation across SaaS environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Application Security or related roles.
• Experience securing SaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge of application security principles.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work with development teams.

Responsabilités

• Embed security into the software development lifecycle.
• Work with engineering teams to improve secure coding practices.
• Conduct application security assessments and reviews.
• Support DevSecOps initiatives across development teams.
• Identify vulnerabilities before release and assist remediation.
• Improve security processes within CI/CD pipelines.
