- Focus on sales support, after-sales, and service turnover
- Member of the international Tech Support Competence Center
- Responsibility for service turnover in the respective country
- Use of the wenglor Ticket System according to company standards
- Project support for sales and commissioning
- Selling services and fulfilling service on customer sites
- Supporting sales activities at customer locations upon request
- Conducting feasibility studies in the laboratory
- Supporting the local sales team in sensor and machine vision technology
- Providing on-site customer training in software and hardware
- Completed technical qualification
- Previous experience in electrical engineering/automation industry
- 3-5 years of experience with sensors, cameras (Machine Vision), and safety technology is advantageous
- Self-motivated and service-oriented personality
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
