SoCode is working with a scaling Cambridge business seeking enthusiastic Application Engineers to join their expanding product team. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have years of experience, this is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge web applications using world-leading technology for real-world use cases.

You’ll work with a modern tech stack and can specialise in front-end, back-end, or full-stack development based on your skills and interests.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and building web-based applications powered by AI
• Collaborating with a high-calibre team of engineers, designers, and product specialists
• Shaping software used by legal teams globally
• Learning and growing in a fast-paced, supportive environment

Tech (not all essential):

• JavaScript frameworks such as React, Backbone.js, or Vue.js
• Server-side tech like Node.js, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or Redis
• UI/UX design and implementation experience
• Knowledge of Python or Java
• Solid understanding of best practices for single-page, web-based applications

This role requires 3 days in the office in Cambridge and offers a competitive package.
