Role Overview:

You will collaborate with clinicians, biomedical engineers, surgeons, and clinical specialists to enable and train users in 3D technology. Your responsibilities include providing technical support, delivering training sessions, and representing Materialise at trade shows with live demonstrations of Mimics software, ensuring tailored solutions for each customer. You will also support academic research settings with appropriate tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network with surgeons and healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective use of Mimics Software.
  • Troubleshoot issues within existing accounts to ensure access for surgical planning.
  • Develop relationships with surgeons, understand their preferences, and provide feedback to product management.
  • Train new healthcare professionals on case planning within our workflow.
  • Support sales activities by demonstrating software and attending trade shows.
  • Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements for team communication and organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Biomedical degree or equivalent knowledge.
  • At least 1 year of experience with hospital-used 3D software applications.
  • UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Accountability:

Increase usage of Mimics licenses across UK hospitals, with 70% travel and 30% remote work.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to communicate effectively, lift items up to 25 lbs, and sit for extended periods as required.
