I am supporting a Housing Association based in Wiltshire to recruit for 2 Application Developers to join their established team to transform how technology supports people.

With a significant digital transformation programme underway, they’re investing in expanding their development team.

There is a diverse range of projects for you to get stuck into, from modernising legacy systems to building and new innovative solutions. You’ll be working with tools and platforms including D365 Case Management, Sharepoint, ServiceNow, Power Pages and more.

As part of the Application and Architecture team, you’ll contribute to a growing centre of excellence for the Power Platform, where continuous learning and innovation are embedding into the culture.

The team works in four-week sprints, with structured delivery and close alignment with Transformation and Project teams who value your expertise and insight. It’s a great environment to grow, lead, and solve real business challenges with modern tech.

The essential skills and experience needed are:

If you have experience in the below it is advantageous:

PCF Controls or Power Pages

You’ll be building scalable applications to replace aging systems, enhancing and evolving existing tools, and contributing to a roadmap of service excellence. From sprint planning to delivering high impact solutions, your work will directly support colleagues and customers across the organisation.

This is a remote role with the expectation to be on site monthly for team workshops.

The salary on offer is £47,300 per year with some great benefits.
