We’re looking for a creative and technically strong Application Developer to join a fast-paced, transformation-focused team. You’ll play a key role in building and evolving the digital platforms that support the businesses growth journey – and leave your mark on a brand that doesn’t do ordinary.

Here’s the lowdown:

This is a unique opportunity to join the Business Capability team within a global powerhouse brand! You’ll help design, develop and scale custom web platforms that power operational excellence across the region – all within an Agile environment that values clean code, strong architecture, and impactful delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Build engaging, user-first digital platforms using Angular (v16) and Tailwind CSS
• Work with Project Managers to scope, plan and deliver on sprint cycles
• Translate business needs into clean, scalable code with strong UI/UX thinking
• Collaborate with other devs to continuously improve practices and reduce tech debt
• Support delivery of wider transformation initiatives in partnership with stakeholders

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience developing internal or B2B platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Angular and Tailwind CSS
• Comfortable working with Gitflow version control
• Strong understanding of responsive layouts and frontend performance
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and great communication skills
• Passion for innovation with the ability to align tech with business goals
• You’ve worked on internal systems in a fast-moving, agile business
• You’ve got a formal background in Computer Science or similar (or equivalent experience)
• You love turning complex challenges into elegant, user-focused solutions
