As a Delivery Advisor within Anaplan’s Supply Chain Center of Excellence, you will ensure our Supply Chain Applications are delivered consistently, scalably, and aligned with Anaplan’s quality standards. Your focus will be on translating our customers’ business process needs into effective application implementations. This role requires deep Supply Chain Planning expertise, familiarity with implementation of planning tools (including Anaplan or others), and comprehensive knowledge of our Supply Chain Applications to support professional services teams internally and within our partner ecosystem.

Key activities include shaping implementation approaches, leading documentation and content delivery, enabling internal and external teams, and providing business process expertise. You will guide product features feedback, validate implementation plans, monitor deployments, and help incorporate user feedback into future application versions.

This role demands excellent collaboration skills, deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning use cases, Applications expertise, professional services experience, and an innovative mindset with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement teams to ensure seamless integration of Supply Chain Applications by:
• Serving as the subject matter expert, guiding effective implementation strategies.
• Developing and managing enablement programs, including training, guides, and comprehensive documentation for internal and partner use. Drive scalable knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Upholding and enhancing implementation standards to maintain brand integrity.
• Empowering partners through training, advisory, and support services to scale delivery and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Supporting sales opportunities as a process expert, advising customers on best practices, and providing field feedback to improve applications.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, presenting the Supply Chain Applications vision, and demonstrating solutions at internal and external events.

Key Metrics

• Enhance the understanding of applications among Professional Services and Partner Teams, ensuring effective implementation.
• Ensure successful application deployment by guiding and advising implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in supply chain planning processes, with experience supporting these processes through system implementations across demand, inventory, production, procurement, etc.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills, with proven ability in presentations, product demos, workshops, and enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of the Anaplan platform and its application to complex business challenges; deep technical skills are not required.
• Knowledge of product management, GTM operations, and enablement strategies.
• Results-oriented, collaborative, with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful results.
