Detailed Job Description -Business Requirements Document (BRD): Clearly articulated business and technical requirements.
· Solution Architecture Design: System architecture diagrams, technology stack choices, integration points, and other critical components.
· Technical Specification Document: Detailed design documentation covering APIs, data models, interfaces, etc.
· Project Plan & Timeline: Milestones, task assignments, and deliverables.
· Development and Integration: Working solutions based on design, with quality code and integration into other systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
· Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Ensuring code meets business and technical expectations.
· Testing Strategy: Ensuring the solution meets all functional and non-functional requirements through comprehensive testing with team
· Deployment Plan: Details for production deployment and go-live support.
· Go-Live Support: Assistance and troubleshooting during the go-live phase.
· Knowledge Transfer & Documentation: Technical documentation, user manuals, and any other supporting materials.
