A public health organization in the UK is seeking an Application Analyst to resolve technical issues and support digital services. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT support and be capable of explaining technical information clearly. This full-time role offers a salary of £32,471 to £38,143 based on location, with flexible working options available.
Grade C -£32,471 (National) or £38,143 (London – for Londonoffice based or homebased workers within the boundary of the M25) – There isalso an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working fromhome.

Led the investigation and resolution of arecurring system issue, improving service reliability for hundreds ofusers.
Delivered one-to-one coaching to colleagues onusing new digital tools, helping them feel confident and supported.
The role
You’ll be key in helping usdeliver our work. In this role, you’ll:
Resolve technical issues: Take ownership of application-related incidents and problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Support service improvements: Identify patterns and trends, recommend changes, and help implement improvements that make a real difference.
Manage systems: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of digital services and business systems.

We’ll be looking for the followingskills, knowledge and experience in your application form:
Experience supporting digital services or business systems, including resolving technical issues and improving service performance.
Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical colleagues, including creating user-friendly guidance or training.
Experience working in a fast-paced IT support or service management environment, using tools and frameworks like Agile, ITIL, or DevOps.
