Job Title: Application Analyst

Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary: Competitive package

Requirements: Experience in a Systems team within a law firm. Critical Systems include 3E, IntApp, SSRS, Power BI reports. Responsibilities include 2nd Line Support and Reconciling Data Across Finance Systems.

The role: Working with the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems, the Application Analyst ensures the stability, efficiency, and scalability of current business systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mitigating risk by centralising documentation and standardising processes
  • Serving as an additional contact for application-related issues

Beyond project work, the Application Analyst will:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of systems
  • Resolve user issues
  • Optimize workflows
  • Align applications with evolving business needs by collaborating with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in a systems team within a law firm
  • Strong understanding of legal department operations
  • Knowledge of legal practice management systems and relational databases
