In this role, the successful Appian Developer will work with new and existing software, undertaking requirements reviews, technical design, modelling, software development, unit testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of applications.

The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role, with a desire to take on leadership responsibilities and grow a team of developers.

Role Requirements:

• Proven development experience
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC)
• Experience with waterfall, iterative, and agile delivery approaches
• Experience with BPM software applications like Appian and other development tools such as IDEs and source control
• Disciplined and methodical approach to configuration control

This role requires working in the office 2 days a week in Bristol, Leicester, or Portsmouth.

Candidate Profile:

• Appian development experience
• Local to Bristol, Leicester, or Portsmouth
• British nationality
• Able to obtain Security Clearance
