Bristol, Leicester, Portsmouth — 2 days on site

Are you an Appian Developer looking to join one of the world's leading defence companies? You will be part of a team where you receive long-term training and progression opportunities.

Work on some of the most exciting defence projects globally, with unrivalled progression and on-the-job training, contributing to current global initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a historic and innovative UK defence powerhouse involved in major international projects.

Responsibilities include working with new and existing software, requirements reviews, technical design, modelling, software development, unit testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and a keen interest in long-term training and career development within the defence sector.

The Role:

• Proven development experience
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC)
• Experience with waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies
• Experience with BPM software like Appian, and development tools such as IDEs and source control
• Disciplined approach to configuration management
• Availability to work in the office 2 days a week (Bristol, Leicester, or Portsmouth)

The Person:

• Experience in Appian development
• Located near Bristol, Leicester, or Portsmouth
• British nationality, not dual, and able to obtain Security Clearance
