Job Description

Wipro is seeking an Appian Software Engineer for a fixed-term contract in the UK. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Appian and be capable of developing components within the platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing applications using Appian.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrating Appian applications with external systems via APIs and web services.
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Documenting technical specifications and user guides.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Appian architecture and components.

Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.

Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Performance Metrics

Key performance indicators include the number of cases resolved per day, compliance with process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, customer feedback, and satisfaction scores.
